First, if you don't have one, get a single multi-WAN router. Something like a DrayTek Vigor300B or similar. This would allow you to use all 4 of the WAN connections. For something like this I would separate WAN routing and WIFI. Use WIFI access point(s). I would get a smart switch and create two VLANs. One for the "common" equipment and one for the "private". You don't say how secure the "private" network needs to be. Are you trying to separate casual/accidental exposure or are you trying to actively protect it. You could put a hardware firewall in to protect the private subnet if you believe more active protection is necessary.

Any better recommendations would require some guidance on budget.

Here is a list of network equipment I have which I want to connect in to the network

12 Bay NAS : (for everyone in my office)
12 Bay NAS : (Private)
4 Bay NAS : (Cloude/ Temp)
Sony All in one PC
Sony All in one PC
AMD : Workstation
Intel : Workstation
Dell Laptop
Macbook Pro
Samsung TV : Big Display
Sony TV : Secondary Display
few other tv's in rest of the office
and 6 phones, 3 tablets and Printer

Now : We have 4 different internet service provides (ISP's) for redundancy all with 4mbps connection (fastest in my area)
